An hour on the Reformer lengthens
and tones core stabilizing muscles and elevates your heart rate, followed by an hour of high intensity interval floor work combining strength training, cardio and abs for maximum calorie burn.  A dynamic, yoga-inspired 30 minute stretch class to increase range of motion and prevent injury wraps up our boot camp.
